02.16.26 lunar new year
had a very cantonese new year with my coworkers and bosses. if i could chew my cud, i would be. We ate enough to not buy groceries for the rest of this year. I wish!
this new year is 丙午馬. 그뜻은 陽의 火, 빨간색의 새해.
02.02.26 the river
it's so cold that the rivers have frozen. I've only ever heard about this from other people who have lived here longer, that before global warming the rivers would freeze every winter.
I had never gotten to step on a frozen river before. We brushed off the snow to get a look at the ice and it was the purest black I had ever seen in my life. The moon was huge and the stars barely peeped through the dark sky.
01.25.26 bore my website into the world.
it's snowing heavily here but the customers at work were saying that this kind of snow is normal and that the city has gotten soft.
